Place your order and upload high-quality photos of the people you want customised (you'll need to provide an email address to receive sample images) -> If there are no issues, production begins. If adjustments are needed, we'll discuss modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving sample emails, otherwise we'll proceed with production) -> Quality inspection -> Dispatch.

3. How are the product dimensions measured?
Measurements are taken from head to toe in a standing position. If the person is sitting or lying down in the photo, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the photo requirements when ordering?
For optimal results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos showing the full body, front-facing view with bright colours and patterns. Avoid covered faces or unclear images.
