1. Why do you need my email address?

This allows us to communicate with you during production if any issues arise. For Bobblehead or brick Figure gifts, we need your email to send preview samples, ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your customised product.

2. What is the customisation process for this product?

Place order and upload high-resolution photos of the required product (you need to provide an email address to receive sample emails) -> If there are no issues, production can begin. If there are any problems, we will negotiate modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the sample email, otherwise it will be deemed as agreement to continue production) -> Quality inspection -> Shipping

3. How is the product size measured?

Measured from head to toe, as if in a standing position. If the person is sitting or lying down, this differs from their actual height.

4. What are the photo requirements when placing an order?

For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of the front view with no obstructions, featuring bright colours and clear patterns.

7. Will modifications delay shipping time for this product?

Yes, shipping time depends on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the shipping date may be extended, but we will always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Product Specifications & Materials

1. What material is this product made from?

Our brick figures are crafted from ABS eco-friendly material, ensuring durability and safety whilst maintaining intricate detail in every small particle block.

2. What are the customisation limitations?

Customisation includes hairstyle and facial expression of the character, which we will recreate within the structural constraints of the blocks. The production scope doesn't include large decorations from images such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. Only the head can be customised; the body maintains a fixed tennis player style that cannot be altered.

3. What is the refund policy for customised items?

Because this product is a customised item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again. If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production hasn't started yet, a full refund is available. If you request a refund AFTER design has started, only 50% refund will be available. If you request a refund AFTER production has started, please understand that a refund or return will not be available.
