Each set is handcrafted from eco-friendly ABS and customised from your photos to capture hairstyles, expressions, clothing and simple accessories in charming building-block style.

• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
• What we create: Full-body brick-style figures (standing height) of up to 4 people; small/simple handheld props and accessories; a simple pet figure may be attempted if suitable photos provided.
• What is excluded: Large scene decorations cannot be produced — e.g. big furniture, tables, chairs, musical instruments or large animals.
• Size note: Size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe. It does NOT reflect seated or reclining height.

Photo & customisation requirements

Upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing full-body photos with faces fully visible and no obstructions. Bright colours and patterned clothing help produce better results. The customisation scope includes hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, ornate props or detailed hand-held items may not be fully reproduced; we will approximate within the building-block structure.

How it works

1. Place your order and upload required photos.
2. We send a proof to your email for approval — please reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed.
3. Once approved we proceed to production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Email requirement: We need your email address to send proofs and to contact you about design queries to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds & delivery

This is a bespoke item and cannot be resold — returns are not accepted once production has begun. If you cancel immediately after ordering and before design starts, a full refund is available. If you cancel after design has started a 50% refund applies. Once production has started no refund or return is available. For full details see our Refund Policy. Changes to proofs can delay delivery; the more revisions requested the longer the lead time.
