• Production time: 2–3 business days for design and production (proofs sent by email during the process).
• Packaging: brick figures and scene accessories are packaged separately; assembly instructions are provided and must be followed on receipt.

Photo requirements

For best results upload a clear, high‑resolution front, full‑body photo with no obstruction. Bright colours and patterned clothing (where applicable) help produce a more accurate figure. Avoid dark, blurred or heavily cropped images.

Ordering & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload the required photo(s).
2. We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and continue production.
3. Once you approve the proof, we proceed to production, then quality inspection and dispatch.

Why we ask for your email

We need your email to send proofs and to contact you should any issues arise during production. Proof approval via email ensures you are happy with the customised design before we produce the figure.

Refunds & returns

This is a made‑to‑order product and cannot be returned for resale. Refund options depend on the production stage:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund is available.
• If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
