What We Can Customise

We will recreate hairstyle, facial expression and standard accessories. Complex or unusual accessories may not be perfectly reproduced; we will attempt the best possible restoration within the constraints of small-block construction.

How to Order

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photo.
2. We email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval and proceed with production.
3. After your approval we complete production, conduct quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo Requirements

For best results upload a front-facing, full-body, clear photo with no obstructive covers. Bright colours and patterned coats photograph better. High-resolution photos yield the most accurate personalised photo gifts.

Refunds, Modifications & Delivery

If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not started, a full refund is available. If design has started a 50% refund is available. Once production has started, no refund or return is possible. Any requested modifications may delay delivery; more rounds of changes will extend lead times. Assembly & Care

All parts are supplied separately with clear instructions. Assemble according to the guide on receipt. Handle the ABS pieces gently and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to retain colours.
