How to order & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos (front, full body, clear, unobstructed).
2. We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will proceed with the design.
3. On approval, we start production and carry out quality inspection before dispatch.

Photo & proof requirements

For best results upload clear, high-resolution images showing the face and hair. Front-facing, full-body and unobstructed photos produce the most accurate personalised brick figures.

Dimensions & notes

Dimensions listed refer to the height of the dog sitting (head to floor) and the height when lying down. Please note that complex details may be simplified to suit the building-block structure.
