• Size: Size refers to the person’s stature measured standing from head to toe. It does not reflect the person’s height while seated or lying down.
• Head types & hairstyles: Stationary (fixed) head can be made with any hairstyle. Bobble (moveable) head is limited to short hairstyles.
• Engraving: Provide the exact name, quote or wording you want engraved — we will engrave the text as supplied.

How to Order & Customisation Process

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the person. 2. We will email a proof for your approval. (We require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about any production issues.) 3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed. 4. After approval we carry out quality inspection and dispatch.

Note on modifications: Any requested changes after the proof may extend delivery time — the more revisions, the longer production may take. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Photo Requirements

For best results upload a clear, high-resolution frontal photo and a side photo where possible. Sharp lighting and neutral background help us reproduce facial features accurately.
