• Use a clear, high-resolution, front-on image with no obstructions (no hats, sunglasses or heavy filters that hide features).
• Bright clothing and patterned outfits photograph well.
• Upload the original image file (avoid screenshots or compressed images).

Size & materials

• Size refers to the figure’s standing stature from head to toe; it is not the person’s actual height when sitting or lying.
• Made from ABS (eco-friendly) small particle blocks.

What is not included

• Large decorations or props from your photo are not produced, such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or animals.

Production, delivery & refunds

Delivery time depends on order volume, destination (AU/UK) and the number of modification rounds. More edits may extend the timeline, but we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. As this is a customised item, it is specially made and not suitable for resale. If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not started, a full refund is available.
