Delivery time depends on the number of modification rounds. More modifications may extend the timeline, but we always prioritise quality and your satisfaction.

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund is available.
• If design has started, a 50% refund is available.
• After production has started, refunds/returns are not available.
