Customisation: Only the head is personalised. The body, pose and clothing are produced exactly as shown in the product images.
Engraving: You may provide custom text (name, quote or short message) to be engraved — please enter the wording when ordering.
Size note: Size refers to the stature of the person from head to toe as if standing. It is not the person’s actual height while sitting or lying.
Hairstyle constraints: Stationary (fixed) heads can be modelled with any hairstyle. Bobble (moveable) heads can only be modelled with short hairstyles.
How it works
Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph for each head.
We will email you a proof for approval during production — an email address is required so we can send proofs and communicate any queries.
Reply within 48 hours with approval or modification requests; if no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
We make requested adjustments (note: extra modifications may extend delivery time), complete a quality inspection, then dispatch.
