We will reproduce fur colour, dog emoji, clothing, regular accessories and simple actions where possible. Complex details may not be fully reproducible within the block structure, but we will endeavour to represent them faithfully.

• Dimensions: Measurements refer to the dog’s height — when sitting measured from the head to the floor; when lying, the height while lying down.
• Includes: Custom fur colour, facial emoji, clothing and basic accessories as requested. Complex poses or intricate items may be simplified.
• Exclusive item: Each piece is custom-made and cannot be resold. Returns are not accepted once sold.

Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photo. We will send a proof to your email during production — please reply within 48 hours to request changes or approval; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed. If you request a refund before design begins, a full refund is possible. If the design has started, only 50% refund is available. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
