How to order
- Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the person you wish to portray.
- Provide the exact engraved text (name/quote) in the custom text field.
- We will email a proof for your approval during production — please ensure you provide a valid email address so we can send proofs and contact you if any issues arise.
- Reply to the proof email within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
Photo & proof requirements
For the best likeness, upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo showing the subject’s face from the front and a secondary profile shot if available. We require your email address to send proofs during production; this ensures you are happy with the custom doctor bobblehead before we proceed.
Production and delivery
Once you approve the proof we proceed to production. Modifications requested after proof approval may extend production and delivery times — the more adjustments required, the longer delivery may take. We always prioritise quality inspection before dispatch.
