How to order
Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the person to be reproduced.
We require your email address to send proof images during production and to communicate any issues.
We will email a proof — please reply within 48 hours. If no response is received we will assume approval and proceed.
Once approved, we complete production, carry out a quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications & delivery
Any requested modifications after proof approval may delay delivery. The greater the number of changes, the longer production may take. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
