• Skin tone: Light Nougat only (as shown in main image)
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time
• What we can reproduce: Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses
• What we may not fully reproduce: Complex accessories, intricate hand‑held items, detailed gestures and large scene decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) are outside production scope
• Because each piece is uniquely made, once production begins the item cannot be returned for resale

How to order

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo without obstructions. Bright, patterned clothing is preferred.
2. We will email a proof for approval — please provide your email so we can send proofs and production updates.
3. Reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and continue to production.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & production policy
