Ordering & customisation process

2. We email a proof to the address you provide — we need your email to send proofs and communicate production updates.
3. Approve or request modifications via email. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Production → quality check → dispatch.

Refund & production policy

As a made-to-order personalised item it cannot be restocked once produced. Refund options depend on production stage:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design production has not started — full refund available.
• If you request a refund after design has started — 50% refund available.
• If you request a refund after production has started — refund or return is not available.
