• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
• Packaging & assembly: Figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions are provided and must be followed after receipt.

How to order & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos (clear, no cover; wearing bright or patterned clothing is preferred).
2. We will email a proof for your approval—please provide your email so we can send proofs and communicate about the design.
3. Reply within 48 hours to request modifications; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed.
4. Once approved we complete production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo tips: For best results upload clear, high-resolution photographs showing the full body and face. Photos with good lighting and no obstructions help create a more accurate personalised brick figurine.

Refunds & returns: This is a customised product and cannot be returned for resale once completed. Refund availability depends on the production stage: if you cancel immediately after ordering and design has not started, a refund is available; if design has started, only a 50% refund is available; once production has started no refund is possible.
