• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.
• Skin tone: Currently only Light Nougat (as shown in the main image). Additional skin tones are under development.
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• What can be customised: Hairstyle, facial expression and standard accessories. Complex accessories may not be fully replicated but we will attempt faithful brick‑style restoration.

How to order (photo & proof process)

Upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo with no obstructions. Brightly coloured or patterned clothing works best. We require your email address to send production proofs and to contact you if any issues arise.

1. Place order and upload photos.
2. We email a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval and proceed.
3. If required, request modifications (additional changes may extend delivery).
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & returns

As a custom item this product is specially made and cannot be returned for resale. Refund options:

• If you cancel immediately and design/production has not started: full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started: 50% refund only.
• If you cancel after production has started: no refund or return available.
