• Skin tone: Currently only Light Nougat (as pictured). Additional skin tones are under development.
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• Size: Measured as the figure’s standing stature from head to toe (not the actual seated or lying height of the real person).
• Material: ABS eco‑friendly plastic.
• Production time: 2–3 business days for design and production (not including shipping).

Photo & customisation guidance

Upload clear, high‑resolution photos: front, full‑body, unobstructed, and wearing bright or patterned clothing if possible. We recreate hairstyles, facial expressions and standard accessories; complex accessories may be approximated within the building‑block structure.

Packaging & assembly

All figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions are included — please follow them on receipt.

Customisation process

1. Place order and upload high‑resolution photos.
2. We send a proof to your email for approval.
3. Reply within 48 hours to request changes; no reply will be treated as approval.
4. Once approved we proceed to production, conduct quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & changes

If you cancel immediately after ordering and design has not started, a refund is available. If you cancel after design has started, a 50% refund is available. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available. See our refund policy for details.
