We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email to send proofs and to communicate any production updates or queries.
Reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
After approval we complete quality inspection and dispatch.
Please note: any requested modifications during proofing may extend delivery time; the more changes required, the longer production may take. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
