What is customised: We personalise the head to match your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. Fixed (stationary) heads can be made with any hairstyle; bobble (moveable) heads are limited to short hairstyles. The body pose, clothing and base follow the product photos and are not customised.
Size note: Size refers to the full stature of the figure measured from head to toe. This is not the actual height of the person if sitting or lying down.
Engraving & text: You may enter custom text (name, quote or short message) to be engraved on the base. Provide the exact wording when ordering.
How to order: Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph. We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise. We will email a proof for your approval; please reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received we will assume the proof is approved and proceed with production.
