How the custom process works

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos.
2. We email a proof of the head design to the address you provide—please respond within 48 hours. If no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed.
3. Once you approve the proof, we begin production and carry out final quality inspection.
4. Dispatch and delivery (see shipping policy).

Refunds & production policy

Because each item is uniquely made, refunds are limited: if you cancel before design begins a full refund is available; once design has started only a 50% refund is possible; after production has started no refund or return is available.
