How it works
- Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the person’s face (front and, if possible, side views).
- Proof approval via email: We’ll email you a proof during production to confirm likeness and details.
- Approve or request changes: Reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume approval and continue production.
- We complete quality inspection and dispatch to your address.

- Place your order and upload high-resolution photos of the required product → We’ll ask if you’re satisfied with the proof (via email) → If there are no issues, we’ll proceed with production. Should there be any concerns, we’ll work with you to make modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email, otherwise we’ll assume approval to continue production) → Quality inspection → Dispatch.
- Which parts can I personalise?
- Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will remain the same as shown in the product images. Please note that fixed (Stationary) heads can be paired with any hairstyle, whilst moveable (Bobble) heads can only be paired with short hair.
- Will any modifications delay the delivery time?
- Yes. Delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the delivery may take. However, we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction above all else.
- What are the requirements for photos when placing an order?
- For the best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.
- Can I enter my own custom text when placing an order?
- Yes. For personalising with custom text, provide the specific name/quote or wording you’d like to have engraved on the product.
