How ordering works

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos and any engraved text you require.
2. We will email a proof for your approval. We require your email address to send proofs and to resolve any issues that may arise during production.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; if we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. Once approved, we carry out a quality inspection and dispatch your personalised bobblehead.
