We will recreate hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses within the structure of the brick figure.

• Size: 9.6 × 6.6 × 11.8 cm (stature measures from head to toe while standing).
• Skin tone: Light Nougat only (as pictured).
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches are not customisable at present.
• Customisation scope: Hairstyle, expression, clothing, simple accessories and basic gestures. Complex accessories, large props (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) and intricate hand-held items may not be fully restored.
• Non-returnable: This item is made-to-order and cannot be resold. Refunds are subject to the timeline below.

Ordering & Production

1) Place your order and upload a clear photo (front, full body, bright colours recommended). 2) We will email a proof for your approval—please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval and proceed. 3) On approval we proceed to production, perform a quality inspection, then dispatch.

Refund & Shipping Notes

If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design work has not started, a full refund may be available. If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund will be available. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not possible.
