Customisation & proof process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — an email address is required so we can send proofs and communicate about your custom figure.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; if we receive no response we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. Once you approve, we complete quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds, modifications & delivery

If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design/production has not yet started, a full refund is available. If design has started a 50% refund is available. After production has started, refunds or returns are not available. Modifications requested after proofing may delay dispatch — the more changes required, the longer delivery will take.
