1. Place your order and upload photos. 2. We email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email or we will assume approval to proceed. 3. After approval we complete production, carry out quality inspection and dispatch. Note: custom items are specially made and cannot be returned for resale once completed.
