How the Customisation Process Works

1. Place your order and upload your high‑resolution photo(s)
2. We email a proof for your approval
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise we’ll assume approval to continue
4. We make any agreed changes, then proceed to production
5. Quality inspection and dispatch

Will modifications delay delivery? Potentially yes. The more revisions required, the longer production and delivery may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations (Custom Item)

• Because each piece is custom‑made, it cannot be returned for resale once sold
• Cancel immediately before design starts: full refund
• Cancel after design has started: 50% refund
• Cancel after production has started: no refund
