Key Details
Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
Customisation scope: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses. Hand-held items, complex accessories or elaborate gestures may be approximated to fit building-block structure.
Size: the figure’s stature is measured head-to-toe while standing; this is not the person’s seated or lying height.
Exclusions: large props from the image (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals etc.) are not included in the production.
Once produced the item is non-returnable because it is customised. Refund conditions below.
How it Works
Place your order and upload a high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photo wearing bright colours where possible (clear background and no obstructions are best).
We will email a proof for your approval. Please respond within 48 hours; lack of response will be taken as approval to proceed.
If approved, we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing full-body photo without face coverings. Patterned clothing and bright colours help us match details. Complex accessories may not be perfectly replicated.
Proofs, Communication & Email
We require your email address to send proofs during production and to update you if any issues arise.
Refunds & Modifications
If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design production has not begun, a full refund is possible. If you request a refund after design has started, only a 50% refund will be available. If production has started, refunds and returns are not available. Modifications requested after proof may delay delivery; the more changes required, the longer the lead time.
Care & Notes
Colours and tiny printed details are matched as closely as possible within the limits of small-particle block construction. This product is handmade to order and cannot be resold once produced.
