What we can customise

We will personalise hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses. We attempt to recreate hand‑held items or gestures where structurally possible within the brick format.

What we cannot reproduce

Large scene elements and complex decorations are not included — for example tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals and large props will not be recreated. Very intricate accessories or detailed gestures may not be fully restorable.

Photo requirements

Upload a clear, high‑resolution, front‑facing, full‑body photograph with no obstructions. Brightly coloured clothing and patterned outfits often give the best result. Please avoid side or seated poses — size reflects a standing stature.

Customisation process

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send these proofs and to contact you if any issue arises.
3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. Quality inspection and dispatch.

Refund & returns

Because this is a personalised, specially made item, it cannot be returned for resale once completed. Refunds are available only at specific stages:

• If you cancel immediately after ordering and design has not started — full refund.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund.
• If production has started — no refund available.
