How to order

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos — front, full-body, unobstructed. Bright colours and patterned clothing help accuracy.
2. We will email a proof for approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise approval is assumed.
3. On approval we proceed to production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.

Customisation scope & expectations

We will aim to reproduce hairstyle, expression, clothing and conventional accessories within the constraints of brick construction. Complex handheld items, intricate gestures or oversized accessories may not be perfectly replicated; we will endeavour to represent them as faithfully as possible.

Refund & production policy

Because this is a personalised product, refunds are limited: if you cancel immediately after ordering and we have not started design, a full refund is possible.
