Each figure is handcrafted from eco-friendly ABS and recreated from your photos into a brick-style figure that captures hairstyle, expression, clothing and simple accessories.

• Materials: ABS, eco-friendly.
• Size: Stature is measured head to toe for a standing pose — not the actual height if the subject is sitting or lying.
• Customisation scope: Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, hand-held items and intricate gestures may not be fully reconstructed but will be approximated within the building-block structure. The production scope does not include large decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or large animals.
• Photo requirements: Upload a front, full-body, high-resolution photo with no cover; bright colours and patterned clothing work best. Clear, well-lit images allow the most accurate replica.

If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and before design has started, a full refund may be available. Process & proofs: Place your order and upload clear photos. We will email you a digital proof for approval. We require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about any issues. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email to request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production. Modifications may extend delivery time; we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
