What we can customise

We will recreate hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple poses within the constraints of building-block structure. Complex accessories, detailed hand-held items or intricate gestures may not be fully reproduced. Large scene decorations — for example tables, chairs, musical instruments or animals — are not included in the production scope.

Photo requirements

• Upload a clear, high-resolution, front-facing full-body photo
• No obstructions or covers; brightly coloured clothing and patterned outfits work well
• Full-body standing photos provide the best result (the listed size represents a standing figure)

Ordering & proof process

1. Place your order and upload photos. 2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email to send proofs and to reach you if any issues arise. 3. Please respond within 48 hours of the proof email; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed. 4. After approval we complete quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & returns

Because each item is uniquely customised it cannot be returned for resale once sold. Refund rules: full refund available only if you cancel immediately and design has not started; 50% refund if design has started; no refund once production has started. Modifications after proof may delay delivery — the more modifications requested, the longer production may take.
