Ordering & proof process

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof to the address you provide — please supply a valid email so we can send proofs and production updates.
3. Reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; if no reply is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. After approval we perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & returns

This item is a bespoke, made-to-order product and cannot be returned once sold. If you request a refund before design has started, a full refund is available. If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund will be issued. Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
