What we can customise
We can tailor hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple poses. We will try to restore complex details within the structure of the building blocks, but some intricate accessories, hand‑held items or complex gestures may not be perfectly replicated.
Limitations
Production does not include large scene decorations (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.).
Highly detailed or delicate accessories may be simplified for structural integrity.
Photo requirements
Please upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo with no cover (bright colours and patterned clothing help achieve better results).
Avoid sunglasses, hats (unless part of the design) or low‑lighting; the clearer the photo, the more accurate the customisation.

We will email a proof for your approval during production — please provide your email when ordering.
If you approve, we proceed to production. If you request modifications, reply to the proof email within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and continue.

Any requested modifications can delay delivery. The more changes required, the longer production and dispatch may take — we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.
Refunds & returns
This is a customised item and cannot be returned for resale once produced. Refund options depend on production stage: full refund only if the design and production have not started; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started.
