How to order

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution, front‑facing, full‑body photos with no obstructions. Bright colours and patterned clothing work best.
2. We will email a proof for approval — please check your inbox (we use your email to send proofs and communicate during production).
3. Approve the proof or request modifications. If no reply within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.

Customisation notes

• We will attempt to recreate complex accessories, hand‑held items and gestures within the limits of the building block structure; some intricate details may not be perfectly reproduced.
• Big scene elements (large props, furniture, full animals) are not included in production.
