What’s included & material

• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly building‑block material.
• Scope of customisation: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple poses. Complex hand‑held items, elaborate gestures or oversized accessories may not be fully replicated; we will attempt the best fit within the block structure.
• Size: Size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe (not the actual seated or lying height).
• Limitations: Production does not include large scene decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or animals as part of the main build. (Small, simple props may be approximated.)

How to upload photos for best results

• Upload clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photos with faces unobscured.
• Avoid heavy filters, hats, sunglasses or covers; bright colours and patterned clothing give better results.
• For best likeness, supply at least one clear head‑to‑toe photo per person. Complex accessories or pets may not be faithfully recreated.

Ordering & production process

1. Place your order and upload photos + provide your email address (we require this to send proofs and communicate about your customised product).
2. We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
3. If you request changes, we will revise the proof — additional modifications may delay dispatch.
4. Quality inspection then dispatch.

Refunds, returns & important notes

Because this product is customised and uniquely made, it cannot be returned for resale once sold. Refund options depend on production stage: full refund if you cancel immediately and design/production has not started; 50% refund if design has started; no refund if production has started.
