What we need from you

• High-resolution, clear photos showing the subject front-on, full body, no obstructions.
• Bright clothing and patterned outfits are preferred for better detail.
• Avoid heavily angled, low-light or blurred images.

What we can customise

• Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, simple accessories and conventional gestures.
• Simple hand-held items or small accessories may be approximated; complex accessories, large props, tables, chairs, musical instruments or large animals may not be replicated.
• Size refers to the figure's stature when standing from head to toe, not a seated or lying height.

Materials & production

Material: ABS (eco-friendly). This is a made-to-order personalised product; once produced for resale it cannot be returned. We will perform a quality inspection before dispatch.

Ordering & proof process

1. Place your order and upload clear, high-resolution photos.
2. We will email you a proof for approval — we require your email to send proofs and to contact you about any issues.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.
4. After approval we complete production, inspect quality and dispatch.

Refunds & modifications

Because this is a customised item, refunds depend on production stage: full refund available only if requested immediately and design/production has not started. If design has started a 50% refund is available. Once production has started no refund or return is available. For full details see our refund policy. Any requested modifications may delay delivery; the more changes required the longer the delivery time.
