Photo & upload requirements

Ordering & production process

1. Place your order and upload the required photos and your email address (we send proofs by email).
2. We produce a proof for your approval — please reply within 48 hours. No reply will be taken as approval to continue.
3. On approval we proceed to production, carry out quality inspection and dispatch.

Proofs are sent by email to ensure quality and to confirm details. Providing your email allows us to contact you about proofs or any issues during production.

Refunds & returns

As a bespoke, one‑off customised product, returns are generally not possible once sold because the item cannot be resold. Refunds depend on production stage:

• If you cancel immediately and design has not started — full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund available.
• If production has started — no refund or return available.
