• Customisation: Full‑body figures of 2 people. We personalise hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, conventional accessories and simple actions. Complex accessories, hand‑held items or elaborate gestures may not be fully replicated — we will approximate within the structure of the building blocks.
• Limitations: Production does not include large image decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or large animals. Small, simple props may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly plastic for a durable, collectible finish.
• Size: Size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe. It is not the actual height if the person is sitting or lying down.
• Non‑returnable: As a customised product, each piece is specially made and cannot be resold. Refunds are subject to the timeline below.

How the custom process works

1. Place your order and upload clear, high‑resolution photos.
2. We prepare a proof and email it to you for approval.
3. Reply to the proof within 48 hours to approve or request changes; no reply will be treated as approval.
4. Once approved, we proceed to production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch your item.

Photo requirements

For best results upload front, full‑body, high‑resolution photos with no face coverings. Bright, patterned clothing photographs better and help us match details. Clear, well‑lit images give the most accurate customisation.

Refund & shipping policy

Because this is a personalised product refunds and returns are limited. If you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started, a full refund is available. Why do you need my email address? We use your email to send proofs during production so you can approve the design and to contact you if any issues arise.

Will modifications delay delivery? Yes. Delivery depends on the number and complexity of modifications. We always prioritise quality and will keep you informed.
