Important notes

• Photos: upload clear, high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photos without obstructions. Bright colours and patterned clothing photograph best.
• Size: figures are shown at stature (head-to-toe) — this is not the person’s actual seated or lying height.
• Limitations: complex accessories, large props (tables, chairs, instruments) or very intricate hand-held items may not be fully reproduced. We will attempt to represent them within brick structure constraints. Big decorations or animals in original images are not included beyond the single small pet figure.
• As a customised product this item is made-to-order and cannot be resold; returns are therefore restricted (see Refunds below).

Production & delivery

Place your order and upload your photos. We will email a proof; upon your approval we proceed to production. Modifications can be requested but may delay dispatch — delivery times depend on the number and complexity of changes. For full shipping information see our Shipping Policy.

Refunds & cancellations

Because this item is customised, refunds are limited. If you cancel immediately and we have not started the design, a full refund is available. If design has started a 50% refund is offered. Once production has started no refund or return is available. For full details see our Refund Policy.
