How to order & photo requirements

• Upload clear, high‑resolution photos showing the person front on, full‑body, with no face covers. Bright colours and patterned clothing produce better results.
• Provide separate photos for each person and pet. The selection of photos begins the design process.

What we can customise

• Hairstyle, facial expression and conventional accessories (hats, glasses, scarves).
• We will try to reproduce complex accessories, but some intricate details may not be fully restored — we recreate them within the constraints of building‑block structure.

Size, materials & packaging

• Size refers to the stature of the person standing from head to toe, not the person’s actual height if sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly.
• All brick figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions are supplied and should be followed when you receive your items.

Custom production & refund policy

This is a made‑to‑order product and therefore uniquely produced. Once production has begun, the item cannot be returned for resale. Refund rules:

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design/production has not started, a full refund is possible.
• If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund is available.
• If you request a refund after production has started, no refund or return is available.

Changes requested after you receive the proof may delay delivery. The more modifications required, the longer the lead time — we prioritise quality and your satisfaction.
