• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly building blocks.
• Skin tone: Light Nougat only (as shown in the main image).
• Facial hair (beards, moustaches) cannot be customised at present.
• Size: Measured as the figure’s stature from head to toe — not the person’s seated or reclining height.
• Scope of customisation: Hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, standard accessories and simple poses. Complex accessories, handheld items and intricate gestures may not be fully reproduced; we will adapt within building‑block constraints.
• Exclusions: Large scene decorations such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or animals are not included.

How to Order

1. Place your order and upload high‑resolution, front, full‑body photos. Photos should be clear, unobstructed (no covers), and bright colours or patterned clothing work best.
2. We will email a proof for your approval. Please provide a valid email address so we can send proofs and communicate any production queries.
3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue to production.
4. After approval: quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds & Returns

This is a made‑to‑order personalised product and cannot be resold once completed. Refund options depend on production stage:

• If you request a refund immediately and design has not started, a full refund is available.
• If you request a refund after design has started, a 50% refund is available.
• If production has started, refunds or returns are not available.

Upload clear, high‑resolution photos showing the subject frontally and full‑body. Avoid obstructions (hats, sunglasses, or face coverings). Brighter colours and patterned clothing help achieve a closer match.
