• Skin tone: Light Nougat only (as shown). Additional skin tones are under development.
• Facial hair: Beards and moustaches cannot be customised at this time.
• Size: Figures represent the person’s stature when standing (head to toe). Size does not reflect height when sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco‑friendly and durable building‑block material.
• Production time: 2–3 business days for design and production. Proofs are sent by email during production.

Photo & customisation guidance: Upload high‑resolution, clear photos — front, full‑body, unobstructed, wearing bright or patterned clothing where possible. We can reproduce hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories; complex accessories may not be perfectly restored but will be interpreted within the building‑block structure.

Proofs & process: After you order and upload photos we will email a proof. Please reply within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed. The customisation process: order → upload photos → proof by email → approve or request changes → quality inspection → dispatch. We require your email to send proofs and handle production queries.

Refund & returns: This is a made‑to‑order item and cannot be returned for resale once produced. If you cancel immediately and design has not started we will issue a full refund. Packaging & assembly: All figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions are provided in the package — please follow them on arrival.
