• Production time: 2–3 business days for design and production.

How to get the best result

Upload clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photos with no face covers. Bright clothes and patterns help us match outfits. We can recreate hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories; very complex accessories may be simplified to suit the building‑block structure.

Customisation & process

1. Place your order and upload photos.
2. We email a proof to your provided email address — we require your email to send proofs and for production communication.
3. Reply within 48 hours to request changes; no reply will be treated as approval.
4. After approval we proceed to production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Note: Modifications may extend delivery time depending on number of revisions.

Assembly & packaging

All brick figures and scene accessories are packaged separately. Clear assembly instructions are included; please follow them on receipt.

Returns & refunds

This is a custom‑made product and cannot be resold, so returns are not accepted once production has started. Refund rules:

• If you cancel immediately and design/production has not started: full refund.
• If you cancel after design has started: 50% refund.
• If you cancel after production has started: no refund available.
