How to order
Place your order and upload a clear, high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo (no face cover). Bright, patterned clothing photographs work best.
We will email a proof of the design for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours—if we do not receive a reply we will assume approval and proceed.
Once you approve the proof we commence production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.
Refunds & returns
This product is personalised and made to order. Once produced it cannot be returned for resale. Refunds are only available as follows: full refund if requested immediately after ordering and before design has started; 50% refund if requested after design has started; no refund once production has started.
