Size: the figure represents the person’s stature from head to toe (standing). It is not scaled to seated or lying positions.
One‑off customised product: because each figure is uniquely produced, returns for resale are not accepted once sold.
Photo and order requirements
Upload a clear, high‑resolution photo showing the full frontal body. Bright colours and visible patterns (eg. plaid shirts) help accuracy.
Avoid obstructed or low‑resolution images; patterned clothing and clear facial detail improve the final result.

Customisation & proof process

We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production.
If modifications are requested we will update the proof and resend. Note: multiple changes may extend delivery time.
Once you approve the proof we will complete quality inspection and dispatch.
Refunds & shipping
Because this is a made‑to‑order item refunds are limited. If you request a refund immediately after placing your order and design or production has not started, a full refund is available.
