Place your order and upload a high‑resolution, front, full‑body photo — clear, unobstructed, wearing bright colours is recommended.
We will email a proof for your approval; please reply within 48 hours or we will assume approval to proceed.
After approval we begin production, followed by quality inspection and dispatch.

Because each product is custom, refunds depend on production stage: if you cancel immediately and design/production has not started, a full refund is available.
