• Facial hair (beards, moustaches) cannot be customised at this time.
• Customisation scope: hairstyle, facial expression, and conventional accessories. Complex accessories may not be perfectly restored but will be approximated within the building-block structure.
• Size: the figure represents the stature of the person standing (head to toe) — not the height when sitting or lying.
• Material: ABS, eco-friendly.
• Packaging: brick figure and scene accessories are packaged separately. Assembly instructions provided — please assemble on receipt.

How to order

1. Place your order and upload high-resolution, clear photos (front, full-body, no obstructions). Bright colours or patterned clothing photograph best.
2. We will email a proof for your approval. Please reply within 48 hours — if no response, we will assume approval and proceed to production.
3. Once approved, we complete production and carry out quality inspection before dispatch.

Refund & returns

This product is custom-made and cannot be resold, so returns are restricted. Refund eligibility:

• If you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started — full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund available.
• If you cancel after production has started — no refund or return available.
