How to Order & Customisation Process

2. We will contact you by email to send a proof during production — we require your email address for this purpose.
3. Review the proof and reply within 48 hours. If no response is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
4. On approval we proceed to production, quality inspection and dispatch.

Modifications & timing: Any requested modifications may extend production and delivery times; the more changes required, the longer the possible delay. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
