How it works:

- We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email to send proofs and to contact you if any issues arise.
- Please reply to the proof email within 48 hours. If no response is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
- After approval we complete production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch your order.
Production notes: Any requested modifications may extend delivery time; the more revisions, the longer the lead time. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
